WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the North America Jordan Brand Creative Studio—an interdisciplinary team shaping the future of basketball culture through storytelling, design, and immersive experiences. The role reports to the North America Creative Director and collaborates closely with Global Creative Studio partners, Retail Design, Geo leadership, functional leads, and cross‑brand teams to bring Jordan’s vision to life.

Jordan Brand is searching for a Lead Designer who brings bold thinking, sharp craft, and a deep love for sport and culture. This person blends spatial and graphic design fluency with an instinct for storytelling that moves people. They’re energized by immersive brand worlds—retail environments, events, pop‑ups, and experiences that spark connection. They push boundaries with intention, stay tuned into emerging technologies and design trends, and transform insight into concepts that scale across the Jordan ecosystem.
They thrive in collaboration, navigating internal and external partners with confidence, clarity, and creative rigor. They sketch, visualize, prototype, and lead work with a hands‑on mindset—driving projects from concept to execution while maintaining Jordan’s creative ethos. They communicate with precision, build trust across teams, and champion design solutions that elevate the consumer journey.
You bring:
- Open to work in Beaverton, OR
- 7+ years of experience developing design solutions for retail, experiential, or environmental applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- Proficiency in spatial + graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Grasshopper, ACAD, SketchUp, Enscape or comparable)
- Demonstrated ability to lead external vendors, agencies, studios, and cross‑functional partners
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll shape Jordan Brand experiences—bringing creative concepts to life across events, retail spaces, and cultural moments. You’ll translate insights into environments that honor Jordan’s design ethos while moving the brand forward.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with the North America Creative Director and Global counterparts to define the seasonal design point of view
- Concept, design, and refine experiential storytelling across retail, sport, and streetwear events
- Develop pop‑up and activation concepts from insight through execution, ensuring consistency with global and geo creative direction
- Build design guidelines and implementation standards for scalable execution across markets
- Present creative concepts and design intent to leadership, crafting compelling visual presentations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, portfolio, studio leadership, and business partners—to align on creative direction
- Manage external vendors, production partners, and design studios to deliver best‑in‑class experiences
